Lunchtime clubs
Our lunchtime clubs give students a chance to explore their interests and try new activities. Clubs change each term based on student interest and have included Lego, chess, bike riding, drama, art and more.
Creative and performing arts
Our drama, music, dance and art programs give students the chance to explore their creativity and express themselves, with opportunities to take part in concerts, art exhibitions and performances.
Debating and public speaking
Through debating and public speaking, students can build their confidence, sharpen their thinking and work effectively with others, while enjoying the excitement of competing in local and state events.
Incursions and excursions
Our students love stepping outside the classroom to explore, learn and try new experiences. These opportunities help them grow, build confidence and understand how their learning connects to the wider world.
Student representative council
Our Student Representative Council (SRC) is elected by students and meets regularly to share ideas, lead fundraising initiatives and share their ideas about school life.
Garden
Our school garden provides students with hands-on opportunities to grow plants, learn about nature and develop a sense of responsibility. It’s a place where they can explore, experiment and enjoy the outdoors while connecting with the environment.
Academic competitions
Students have the opportunity to challenge themselves through academic competitions such as the Maths Olympiad and ICAS assessments. These experiences help them extend their learning, develop problem-solving skills and explore their potential in a supportive environment.
Representative sport
Students can take part in a variety of representative sports, either individually or in teams. Options like soccer, touch football, netball, basketball and snowsports are offered to match their skills and interests.
Student leadership
Students can take on a variety of leadership roles, including school leaders, house leaders, library monitors, SRC, buddies and peer support leaders. These roles give them the chance to guide, support and inspire others across the school.
School celebrations
Our school hosts a range of fun, social events such as colour runs and discos. These events bring students together, encourage participation and create memorable experiences while supporting the school community.
Recognition of achievement
We celebrate student success in many ways, including our Presentation Day ceremony, through our merit system, end of year party days and special morning teas with the principal. These initiatives recognise achievement, effort and growth, encouraging students to take pride in their learning and contributions.
